Keeping a gratitude journal is something I think is important to have if you're wanting to feel great about life. If you want to be truly happy! A little after starting a gratitude journal you will see a change in how you feel.
If you don't know what a gratitude journal is ~ I will explain. It's a journal or a notebook you purchase only to write a list of things you are grateful for. Doing this daily is best or if you don't have time every day try to do this as often as you can.
You can make a list of things you are grateful for every day. You can make a long list or just list ten things. If you want to you can write out... I am thankful for_____________ because _______________. When you write out why you are thankful for something it makes it a better feeling. Or you could just write out what you are thankful for and then think of why you are thankful for that.
I know that once you start a gratitude journal you will feel great!
