Simple Things You Can Do In Your Every Day Life To Feel Happy

There are so many things you can do every day to feel happy and think positive.  The number one thing is feel appreciation for everything in your life.  Be thankful for everything.  

As you go throughout your day say to yourself that you are thankful for this and for that.  That you are thankful for this person and for that person.  Be thankful that you can do the things you can do.  Be thankful that you have the opportunity to go to school and that you have great friends and kids at school.  If you are older and reading this, be thankful that you have a job.  Be thankful for the home that you have.  Be thankful for the food you have to eat.

Be thankful for all of the simple things in life.  Once you appreciate the simple things you start to feel really happy and love life.

At night write down what you are thankful for and why you are thankful for those things.  When you write out the reason it makes you appreciate the thing you are thankful for more.

Another thing to help you feel happy every day is to focus on thinking positive.  Just try to think positive and that will work.  If you catch yourself thinking something negative, then stop that thought right then.  After you stop the thought think of three positive things to balance out that negative thought to make yourself feel better.

Do one thing a day that you love.  Doing something each day that you love will bring joy into your life.  Even if it's something little.  Maybe it's watching your favorite movie or show, eating a treat, going for a walk, calling up a friend, or going shopping.  Anything that makes you feel happy.

If you try to focus on positive things in your life, things that you are thankful for, the good things in your life, and things that make you happy ~ then it will make a difference in your life.  I hope everyone can feel joy and be happy!
