How To Feel Better About Something Negative In Your Life

Whenever I feel negative about something or a little stressed I like to make a list of positive things.  To write out everything positive about that subject or situation.

I get out a piece of paper, title it with what I'm feeling negative about, and make a list of positive things.  For example say there is something going on at school that is bugging me.  I will write things that are positive about that, or even things that are positive like it.  Maybe I would list random positive things about school.

This helps me with things and just makes me feel a lot better.  My mom does this, so it's not just a thing that works for me.  It helps me see everything in a more positive way.
